I had a wonderful stay in this home. I ended up having to extend and it’s perfect for either short or long term stays. Igor and Isabella are incredible hosts. They responded right away to any question or need I had and made sure that I was comfortable. Highly, highly recommended.

This is the second year we have stayed here. We come to visit our daughter who lives only a mile from there. The house is cozy, comfortable, and affordable. Easy access to the beach by car or Freebee. Close to many wonderful restaurants. Perfect for myself and my husband. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay again this year.

The place was clean & accurately described. Nice touches in the bathroom- decent quality soaps & toilet paper, nice selection of hba, and plenty of counter space. Good appliances in kitchen and both hosts were very responsive.

A great spot! Around a mile from the downtown area in a safe area with a parking spot. The apartment was well-stocked with essentials. The host was responsive and great. It was a valuable find! Would come back again

Igor’s place was easy to find, access was seamless. Once we arrived, we were astonished by the cleanliness and the many amenities provided. We felt at home instantly, could not have been any better. Igor was quickly responsive to our needs in an extremely helpful and friendly manner. We truly recommend this lodging. Would return anytime.

We had an excellent stay for four days. The house was easy to find and check in was simple as we received all the information beforehand by message. The flat was spacious, well laid out, well equipped and above all very clean. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and you can reach any kind of shops and restaurants nearby. The hosts are very friendly and always responded immediately to our messages. We would book the Airbnb again and can definitely recommend it.

Igor’s place was perfect for myself and my wife for our 4 night stay. The home was very spacious and just as described in a nice neighborhood. Big rooms, good a/c and the place was full of thoughtful amenities. Igor responded quickly to my questions and we would definitely return.

A+++ location, roomy, central AC + ceiling fans, easy walk to restaurants and bars, quiet, easy entry with a lockbox, full kitchen and dishwasher, high-pressure shower with plenty of hot water.
Only downside: pocket door separates bedroom and the one bathroom, kind of hard to close.

Igor was very responsive and a great host! Place was spotless and just as described. It was perfect what we were looking for. Close to downtown, but also quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
